yes of course, there are many unacredited schools that not necesarily should be diploma mill or shady establishments. Sometimes financial problems are the main reason for a establishment not to be dully accreditated. This means their enrolment fee will be cheaper than other acredited institutions. But education is very complex and I know very non-acredited schools with very valuable education..

There are actually quite a few well known religious universities (and well known ministers and religious figures graduated from them) that do not have CHEA accreditation. By titling your page as you did, you are implying that any religious university which is not accredited by CHEA is "shady".
