You will find the lies all over DALC's (Digital Advisory and Learning Centre) literature. It doesn't matter what to the people who print these lies that they have given all the evidence of their congame on prospectus. Let us look at the yellow prospectus BELOW.

THE COVER

This prospectus is printed on heavy glossy paper and is definitely quality in execution but falls flat face-in the mud when put under some scrutiny.

CAMBRIDGE

• This page has a picture of Dr Michael Gagne who is the alleged Vice President of CAM even though he is a Malaysia based executive coach of Canadian extraction. So there is absolutely nothing English or Cambridge about him. Take note of this phrase, "Cambridge Association of Managers decided to offer diploma programmes especially to overseas students." So the prestigious CAM is not interested in passing their expertise to the English but prefers to work with those outside UK especially Africa and Asia. Not the European Union or North America but 3^rd world countries where laws are bent and it is not so easy to verify facts. Convenient.

OXFORD

• The page introduces Oxford Association of Managers and goes on to say that the like legendary academic giant is teaching internationally accepted qualification overseas. This is stretching the truth by a mile as OXIM is a diploma mill established at around 2002 with absolutely zero facilities, no faculty and no real accreditation.

THE FAKE BOOK

• Oborah likes to pull this book out when asked about the recognition of the CAM/OXIM courses. So a book recognizes the courses or what? Let me ask you to put a little common sense into play here. If I published a directory of schools and listed some questionable institutions alongside the genuine ones, would that make the fake ones genuine? This is the most tired explanation as the same book advertises Irish International University courses on it inside cover.

HOW MANY COURSES DOES OXIM OFFER?

• According to the phony book that Oborah uses to vilify your perception of education, OXIM should offer Graduate Diploma in Management and Postgraduate Diploma in management. That's a pretty brief profile considering there are Actuarial Science, Legal studies, environmental studies, international trade, pre medicals, pre engineering students in DALC (Digital Advisory and Learning Centre) holding OXIM admission letters. In a nutshell, Oborah uses the OXIM letterhead to start courses (whose content he copy/pastes from genuine universities websites) that even the fake OXIM doesn't list.

A PICTURE IS WORTH

• Smile at the Camera and snap. CAM/OXIM through DALC (Digital Advisory and Learning Centre) have identified Kenyans of repute and awarded them sham awards such as "Chartered Fellow" and then use the photographs of the same to net more Kenyans. It creates an impression that DALC (Digital Advisory and Learning Centre) is associated with these people and is a reputable organization. Is there a West Bromwich Association of Managers (WBAM) that is willing to give an ignorant politician an award?

CRAZIEST ADMISSION POLICY

Laughable that the Institution's Admission policy says clearly that it cares for those who were "rudely" kicked out of Public universities, lacked school fees or were sick during exams. How does DALC (Digital Advisory and Learning Centre) know that you performed poorly because of sickness? Isn't this a foolish way of saying that DALC doesn't care about your O level grades (you can claim illness, lack of fees or hurting your finger on the exam day anyway) and will admit anyone. Show me any institution with such an audacious admission policy and I'll show you a diploma mill.

WHAT QUALITY?

The lies in this page:

• A centre is inspected by Cambridge to ensure mission and vision is adhered to. ( How do you measure that?)

• Majority of teachers' posses Masters and Doctorate Degree (How many genuine PhD holders would work at DALC?)

• Teachers resumes are sent to UK for approval (How comes guys get hired on the spot?)

• Curriculum is reviewed annually (Ok. Try and remember that.)

• Cambridge and Oxford experts visit twice per year (Yeah?)

• No plagiarism (This coming from a man who has copy/pasted dozens of prospectus from genuine universities is imaginative)

• Final certificates come from CAM/OXIM (Word on the street is that they are printed in Nairobi's Industrial area)

THE SCAMMERS

Nick Redding is an Australian who lives and works down under. As a matter of fact, there is no position of Director in the CAM structure. My bet is that the lies get you the scammers all mixed up and then they have a Director, Chairman, Chancellor, CEO and President in the same organization.

INDUSTRIAL AREA PRODUCTIONS

Is that QAC logo on the sample certificates?? Oh no!!! Is Oborah going to explain that with his usual yidi yada about working with QAC for exemption purposes yet it is in all the certificates he prints?

Above is all the evidence that you are getting a UK qualification if you are foolish to believe it. If you ever go into a college and they show you sample certificates and admission letters please turn back and walk away. Diploma mills tend to have a universal trait of displaying the sample Diploma/Degree certificates. Go to the UoN law school or the medical school or the KU or even KIM and see that they forgot to display sample certificates. DALC just goes further and boldly states that even the ID's come from UK. These are printed locally at Industrial area so wake up and smell the coffee.

THE IRISH INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY GRADUATION

The victims who paid to go and graduate in UK at a hall that Oborah and cronies hired from the University of Cambridge. They love to pose for the pictures and later insert Cambridge University in every caption wherever the pictures are published. If a Nairobi Business College hired a hall at the University of Nairobi and held a graduation ceremony there, would be the Grandaunts' be University of Nairobi alumni?

DALC OBORAH: Dishonest FAKE PROFESSOR

When we worked at the DALC head office, it was the norm to lie. We were taught to lie to students, staff and DALC's suppliers. Oborah/Faith Kinyae usually parked her car well hidden at the back and locked herself in the office. Strict instructions were given to the staff not to disclose their whereabouts.

This was done to evade:

• Suppliers of stationnery, flowers, computer parts etc and other people who were owed by DALC
• Students and parents who had discovered it was a scam (mostly after trying without success to get into UK universities) and were looking for Oborah
• Students in trouble with employers after their bogus Irish International University Degrees were rejected
• Staff who had been fired and whose salaries had not been paid.

All these are consistent with people that are dishonest to the core and dont take our word for it, someone who was cheated by DALC wrote an email as you can see below.

I came across this blog .and read most of the threads.My encounter with DALC is one that will stick in my mind for long .

I supplied goods to this Oborah  in his chiromo campus  but had a hard time before i could be paid and the worst thing he never settled the whole bill.Despite making numerous trips to his office  and calls i finally gave up .I left it to God I was forced to take a loan to settle my suppliers.The man is by all means dishonest and unkind.

DALC EDUCATION TAX EVASION SCAM

It was all over the media a month or so ago. I saw the ads even On DALC's media of choice KTN and Standard. Do you remember the KRA Ads counting down to the number of days people had to submit their tax returns? Did the DALC management duo of Humphrey Peter Oborah and Faith Kinyae read them? The deadline to submit tax returns elapsed and DALC did not comply. Well, the staff at DALC did not fill any tax returns because as we all know, the staffs are damn sure that their PAYE deductions are not submitted. In short, DALC EDUCATION acts as if taxes are for the fools and they do not fall in the fools' category. Someone should be in jail as we speak but THIS IS KENYA.

 

Now, if a company of DALC's stature can evade taxes for all these years, what the heck are the KRA people doing? How much taxes have they missed out? Someone should be in jail as we speak but THIS IS KENYA.

 

If we give an average of sh.4000 as the expected PAYE multiplied by 60 staff it amounts to a whooping 240,000 per month. In one year, DALC will have cheated the taxman more than sh. 2,880,000 in income PAYE alone. Now this is a rough estimate that is definitely on the lower side as the majority of the staff are earning >35,000 which will definitely mean that their deductions are more than the sh. 4000 we have used in this estimation. Someone should be in jail as we speak but THIS IS KENYA.

 

How about the income tax that DALC ought to pay as a corporate? We saw that revenues last year were in the 400,000,000 in my earlier post and I'd bet that the net profit was half that amount since we know for sure that no monies are remitted to Cambridge or Oxford as DALC states. The hefty amount DALC Education charge for examinations is simply another avenue for DALC to fleece people some more money. At a rate of 30%, the corporate tax that DALC Education should have paid this year could not have been less than sh.50, 000,000. That's a lot of money but I am thinking they must have declared losses so as to avoid paying this tax. Ladies and gentlemen, DALC is not only cheating innocent Kenyans but the KRA too. Someone should be in jail as we speak but THIS IS KENYA.

I am not sure about the VAT on services rendered. That should be deductable from the fees students pay but maybe it might need a tax expert to deal with that. Nevertheless, DALC makes sure that it keeps all the evidence of transactions and you have nothing. How many people feel that this is the correct way of doing business? Even an airline gives you some confirmation of your payment at some point. Despite the fact that, that you can book online these days.  At DALC EDUCATION, they don't give you an admission letter, no receipt and no certificate. Records of the transactions are held in their server (under their control), admission letters and certificates come from currently non-existent UK institutions. I doubt if KRA goes through the payment records held in the DALC server and I am sure when it comes to the worst, Oborah will simply make backups of the payment records and format the disks. Meanwhile, DALC students are made to believe that this is the way of the future. Everything must be online. To some extent that is true but remember all that information including payment confirmations are held and controlled by a fraudster. So the real reason for Oborah getting all the transactions online is to minimize exposure and make it easy to cover his tracks. Someone should be in jail as we speak but THIS IS KENYA.

 

All the stuff he speaks about going into the 22^nd Century with a server based system and online transaction is nonsense. He doesn't want anyone going through his receipt book or ETR records and asking hard questions about revenues, profits & taxes. Someone should be in jail as we speak but THIS IS KENYA.

 

My take is that this matter may have been solved the Kenyan way and things left as they were. Or is KRA totally inept despite being tipped a number of times about the fraudulent activities at DALC EDUCATION. When will KRA take action if they truly mean it when they say that "Kulipa Ushuru ni Kujitegemea". Or is this Ushuru going to a fat cat in the KRA? I totally refuse to believe that a company that had over 100 staff at one point can fail to remit PAYE without a finger being raised. I'd rub salt into the fleshy wound by adding that when you work at DALC EDUCATION. NSSF,NHIF numbers are useless as Oborah and Faith Kinyae just love the idea of not submitting the these mandatory requirements. Someone should be in jail as we speak but THIS IS KENYA.

 

After all, DALC is Cambridge and Oxford in Kenya. Believe IT. THIS IS KENYA.

DALC SCAM: HOW A KENYAN ALMOST LOST

EDUCON,   Thanks a lot, I was about to pay ma entire whole year school fees to DALC but didn't thanks to this blog. One thing that I give up on this guy is in this century, when technology has gone this far. Doesn't he know that its much easier to search the authenticity of an organisation leave a lone  a college such as DALC? And where are the Kenyan authorities? Do we live in a lawless land like this?.another issue has SOMEONE TAMPERED WITH YOUR BLOG SUCH THAT WHEN YOU OPEN THE PAGE AND YOU ARE READING THERE IS THIS POP UP THAT SAYS INTERNET EXPLORER HAS EXPERIENCED A PROBLEM AND THE MOMENT YOU CLICK ON IT THE PAGE GOES OFF. I think  thats a nice way to smell a rat bcoz that pop up blocker was put there by someone who does not want people to access the site  that leaves us with one option in  mind HE IS DOING SO TO HIDE SOMETHING PERIOOOD!!!!!!. It seems that the conscience and thankless labour at the DALC fraud factory has kicked in with at least 3 staff leaving DALC in the last one week. Let it be said openly and truthfully that they left DALC and were not fired. They did not steal from DALC and are not being sought after the police for any crime. We say these because every staff member who leaves DALC is branded a thief.

Kisumu Campus has been hard hit and thrown into disarray that must be troubling the bald head of Humphrey Oborah: DALC EDUCATION's head of Missions. This is after two of the staff quit. The staff in question is the Centre Administrator and the Management tutor. The departures of these two have left the centre in jeopardy especially coinciding with the institutions recent downturn. Kenyans are not flocking into DALC EDUCATION as they used to and even Oborah's attempt to bring back the CLASS has not borne fruit.

Staffers at DALC are in deep doubt over the payment of their July salaries as students numbers have plummeted and new students are few. It is said that the Kisumu staff quit after it became obvious to them that the institution is fraudulent and is not what it pretends to be. For instance, one of the staff wondered why Oborah is always on TV talking about how he does gift and talent testing when it is done by untrained staff who merely look at a copy of the students certificate, enter contact details and get a standardized auto responder from the DALC system!

 They have also sharply criticized the marking at DALC claiming that the institution is cheating Kenyans about the CAMBRIDGE examinations assessment as students transcripts have the same marks as awarded by the local lecturers even after purportedly being sent to the UK. This discrepancy points to, "….a fraudulent system as there is no way an examiner in the UK will award the same marks I did for over 50 students".

As these events were happening, another member of staff decided enough was enough and quietly left the Nakuru centre after receiving his salary. It is alleged the tutor was deeply troubled and disturbed by the "opaque and secretive" manner in which DALC EDUCATION has been operating. In addition, he was badly overworked teaching for more than 14hrs a day without rest.

 

So folks in Kisumu and Nakuru might be wondering what happened as Oborah makes frantic attempts to pacify them with all sorts of claims against the staff but he needs to know that people are becoming more aware and soon he shall have nowhere to hide. Perhaps he will take his CAMBRIDGE/OXFORD qualifications to even more remote parts of Kenya where people are not very aware of his fraudulent college. Kisii, Meru , Kakamega maybe next in his scheme.

Before he tells you that people are jealous of his achievements, go to google and take 10 minutes to find out that Humphrey Oborah holds a professorship from a DIPLOMA MILL. So that professor telling you we are just jealous of his achievement is an alumnus and also AFRICA's vice president for the same WIDU. Now, why would a "refined" educationist need a degree from a bogus University? Can you find his research papers? Which University published them?

Do not be fooled by this competitor nonsense that he is putting out to sidetrack you because the truth is out there. It starts at www.google.com .

DALC CRISIS REACHES A NEW LEVEL

See the bulletin below and see that students in 3 campuses are to be handled by one man. This came after recent staff departures that have left the head office and other campuses devoid of staff. Have we mentioned that there have been 4 resignations in the past one month? As you can read below, some of these things point to an organisation with serious problems.

WATCH OUT FOR THIS DALC EDUCATION MESSIAH

This month, KTN will be a few hundred thousand shillings richer at the expense of suffering Kenyans. This is as a  result of THE CLASS. A DALC EDUCATION infomercial that is targeted at the millions of Kenyans who are seeking higher Education.

The show will be presented by Humphrey Oborah. A sharp shooter with an aim to maim your academic future. The only problem is that the man only shoots his mouth with an earful of lies. Once you have been shot by Oborah, you will believe that he is the ROBIN HOOD of education. Robbing from the rich (CAMBRIDGE and OXFORD) and giving to the poor (EAST and CENTRAL AFRICA) through his DALC EDUCATION system. This Robin Hood has asked people to hail him as the savior to Africa's Educational and development woes. In addition, he is also seeking the African high achiever seat and has been made a professor of the WIDU (World Distributed University) for his shameless heroics of distributing dodgy qualifications throughout East Africa. This is in consideration of the fact that the WIDU in question is not accredited and has been described by the Belgian Minister of Education as a "Diploma Mill".

Oborah is also the first Kenyan to digitally virtually attend Cambridge University. Meaning that he did not attend the University even though he says he did. Oborah, unlike the real Robin Hood, plays the victim whenever he is cornered. Where he was thrusting his fists of fraud in the air, shooting his mouth and brandishing phantom degrees in curriculum& gifts, he now coils into a fetal position and blinks like a kitten in an attempt to seek sympathy. He clutches his already showing ulcers and calls for "no more". No more competitors, blogs, ex staff and press. No more exposure because his noble venture needs to make him a lot of money so he can build a political career.

He swirls a toothpick arrogantly and rubs his belly, already full of roast meat with almost childlike glee.  Happy that he is stealing from the rich and giving to the poor Kenyans. He thinks of opening more feeding centres in far flung areas of Kenya where ignorant people can greedily feed on the UK food he presents. To make it more convincing, he speaks like the other Robin Hood from the movie-in a quack's English accent.

The food maims the people though, but they love it because it is fast tracked. They don't have to squat to crap after eating his food and as a plus; it makes them light headedly clever. Robin Hood calls this content.

You might be shocked to see how they are wonderfully limping around his drudge DALC castle. Some are totally crippled having eaten 1^st, 2nd and 3^rd level foods at the DALC feeding centre. Some are so totally wasted and paralysed, that Robin Hood has made them his workers. After all, they wouldn't work elsewhere anyway.

All this happens as the Prof. Hood shoots a never ending drivel of dim lies to keep everybody in check!  

THE CLASS: SCREW WESTERN UNIVERSITIES!!

Oborah was on again this Tuesday in the Class, talking about the apparent "waste of time" pursuing a foreign education is and how it does not "address our own unique needs" here in Africa.

He made a lame attempt at demonising universities in the West, saying how deceived Africans are at wanting to flock there. As usual, he turned the focus on his diploma mill, saying how it offers quality education comparable to Western universities, gives solutions to uniquely African problems and best of all is affordable...

I was about to laugh at this whole charade, as it's not only blatant lies, but a serious show of double standards. If Oborah indeed claims to be a Cambridge alumni, why demonise the institution he got his degree from? Why plagiarize materials from these Western institutions? Does DALC indeed give solutions to uniquely African problems, or do they just write case studies?

Again shame on KTN for bringing up such a quack and endorsing him. I have a hunch things won't go down well with them in the near future...
