REQUIREMENTS


Should ideally have a bachelors degree (Sales & Marketing). However, those with Higher Diplomas(Sales & Marketing) and can demonstrate natural sales talents will be considered. Applicants will be expected to plan and go out to sell to institutions or individuals our academic programmes and will be paid a negotiated base amount PLUS bonus if targets are exceeded. If no sales are realised, there will be no pay.

Take note that there will be no pay if targets are not met. Believe you me, DALC will be looking for all sorts of reasons not to pay. If you get paid, they will make deductions (PAYE,NSSF,NHIF) which will never be remitted to the authorities and your salary will come after the 10th. If you get paid, Faith Kinyae (oborah's wife) of Milcah Kulati (the admin/finance manager) will have made deductions for the days they think you came late, the times you did not answer their calls and any other Tom&Jerry reason they come up with. THAT IS IF YOU EVER GET PAID!

They will do their best to make sure that they don't pay you. They will give you a target of lets say 25 clients and when you get 23 students, they (Milcah Kulati, FAith Kinyae and Oborah) will show you a clause that says you should not be paid if you miss the target. At this point, Oborah will probably dismiss you from the office with wordss like " kwani wewe ni nani? Unajua mimi ni nani?"", "siuende pahali unataka!!". And thus you will walk without a penny from DALC and join the many who have been used and abused by the Oborahs.

No matter how desperate you are, keep off DALC jobs. DALC is basically an elevated form of slavery. You have been warned.,,to make sure you take the job they will quickly hire you if you are :

Quiet

Predicatable

Mshamba

Not so well educated

DALC educated


Desperate

They know well that you are unlikely to take action when they refuse to pay if you are any of the above and the speedy manner in which you will be hired will probably blind your 6th sense.

In conclusion, DALC will turn you into a con agent spewing filthy lies about offering Kenyans british education and CAMBRIDGE/OXFORD EDUCATION. You will become a salaried conman, selling courses from UK institutions that do not exist. Take note also the OBORAH wants these people to go to:
