After you register for one of those DALC courses at the Campus. You receive the email below confirming that you have been registered into the DALC system. You get a user name and password which they hope you will use to log into the system and download notes assignments etc

Take note that he is using a hotmail address to transact DALC business. For all of you unseasoned emailers, official business should be on official email. I guess this would be the point where some people would change their minds.
