Silence is what keeps the biggest education con in Kenya going and those who speak out will help stop this from going on. We will lift the veil to some of the secrets and intellectual make-believe that DALC (Digital Advisory and Learning Centre) disseminates.

• · Those who studied at DALC (Digital Advisory and Learning Centre) and now realize that the Diplomas they hold are from institutions (Cambridge Association of Managers and Oxford Association of managers) that are really Diploma mills.

• · Parents and Guardians who paid for their children to get valid UK qualifications but were conned of their money by DALC (Digital Advisory and Learning Centre).

• · Students who went further and upgraded their qualifications with phony Irish International University and European Business school Cambridge and now hold useless degree certificates.

• · Staff who work at DALC (Digital Advisory and Learning Centre) 12hrs daily under stressful conditions, with no leave, NHIF, NSSF and still have to wait to the 15th every month to get paid.

• · Authorities that are abetting this facade including the Ministry of Education( allowing an international diploma mill CAM/OXIM/IRISH INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY/EUROPEAN BUSINESS SCHOOL CAMBRIDGE to operate n the country through DALC), Commission for Higher Education (giving DALC an accreditation certificate and sending a representative to the graduations), Kenya Revenue Authority( for not investigating DALC’s tax evasion and failing to notice that a company with 100+ employees does not remit PAYE, VAT and INCOME TAX accordingly, Ministry of Labour ( For allowing the institution to breach all labour laws including non payment of wages, termination dues, overtime, statutory deductions etc

• · The press who still continue to run the adverts from DALC (Digital Advisory and Learning Centre) including half hour prime time TV documentaries and front page advertisements thus giving DALC (Digital Advisory and Learning Centre) some sort of legitimacy it does not deserve.

• · Those who worked at DALC (Digital Advisory and Learning Centre) and were /shouted/chased/humiliated/insulted when they were fired for flimsy reasons such discovering the truth or being a threat by being too intelligent.

• · Those who do not know that Oborah was awarded the cavalier of hope medal and professorship by European Academy of Informatization a dubious institution that is not a University of college of any sort and that his 18 Doctoral research papers cannot be traced any where online.

• · DALC(Digital Advisory and Learning Centre) proprietors who rob the poor to build multimillion castles in Nairobi and Kisumu, drive top of the range cars and take exotic holidays at the expense of students’ futures and careers.

• · DALC (Digital Advisory and Learning Centre) owners who

i) Think that they have totally ran away with it because politicians and some corrupt ministry of education people are on their side and so they rampantly continue to propagate their con to all parts of Kenya.

ii) Who print certificates, letters, and transcripts locally and lie to students that they have recognized UK qualification and charge exorbitant fees for examinations to be marked by a non existent UK body.

iii) Never offer meaningful explanations to queries and resort to all sorts of fallacious arguments that insult people’s intelligence.

iv) Knowingly misled students to enroll in a “fairly good university “Irish International University whose degrees are now not worth the paper they are printed on. Further, they recommended a better more expensive university “European Business School Cambridge” that is ironically owned by the same scammers who run Irish International University.

v) Spread all sorts of pig headed lies mostly invented by Humphrey Oborah. These lies include G8 aid for Africa to DALC (Digital Advisory and Learning Centre), Genopuls Medical Education, Genopuls Clinics in Kenya, 2,000,000 Euros to build university, 50 acres of land on Mombasa/Thika road to build university, Bio Medical Education, Career and Talent forecasting, sh. 300 million grant to build university from CAM/OXIM, encounter with Graffins College director at CAM offices in the UK, year 2008 scholarships for the needy, Oborah’s DFID/DAAD scholarship to study in the UK, income tax returns, nhif payments, bogus FCAM awards to unknowing citizens including Manu Chandaria, foreign conmen who attend graduation ceremonies posing as distinguished academics, imaginary exDALC students now studying at Cambridge/Oxford universities, scholarships for excellent students , QAC-UK, competitors/fired staff/lazy students inventing bad stories about DALC, Degree in 3 months for those with work experience, fees reduction by foreign partners, bachelors / masters degree in 3 months, PhD through DALC, over 100 courses offered, UK graduations , British Qualifications Book etc

vi) Have created an online system ostensibly to improve efficiency but in reality a perfect exit strategy. Students now get receipts, admission letters on mail. In addition, students do CATS online, submit projects online. The real reason for the online system is to cut the paper trail and enable DALC (Digital Advisory and Learning Centre) owners get away incase of things come to a head. All they need to do is shut the server and disappear. Poof! All the evidence will be on their server.
