RE: QUALITY ASSUARANCE COMMISION (QAC – UK) EXEPMTIONS

We have confirmation from Quality Assurance Commission (QAC-UK) that you are eligible for the following exemptions at levels of study indicated.

GRADUATE DIPLOMA IN ACCOUNTING AND BUSINESS FINANCE

Your coverage of the other modules applied is not at Graduate Level (NVQ - 4) hence exemptions not allowed.

Please pay £55 for the said exemption(s). The payment should be in Kenya Shillings and in favor of Digital Advisory and Learning Center at the current bank exchange rates. This payment MUST be in the form of banker’s cheque.

The original QAC – UK certificate for this exemption will be received from the UK within three weeks of this letter and is subject to confirmation of the above payment.

In the meantime you can organize and attend lessons for the modules not exempted.

Yours faithfully

ADMISSIONS OFFICE

DALC EDUCATION

AFTER THE EXEMPTION LETTER ABOVE, COMES THE OTHER PART OF THE CON

At DALC EDUCATION, applications for exemptions are sent through the bogus institution’s online system or by filling the exemption application form and attaching copies of certificates. DALC EDUCATION does not verify the certificates received, they award the exemptions purely based on the copies presented.

Infact, at DALC E4DUCATION, you can go through the whole system without ever needing to produce original documents. Humphrey Oborah came up with a crafty way of awarding exemptions and making you pay for it.

At DALC EDUCATION, everything leads to UK. The application forms, plastic ID cards, admission letters all come from “UK”. Of course most of these are done by Oborah but the whole idea is to keep up the mirage of “UK” diplomas. It is no surprise when you look at the exemption application documents. These come from QAC-UK aka Quality Assurance Commission. This dubious accreditation body was exposed by the BBC last year in a report that exposed the cartel that has perfected the art of educational trickery.

DALC EDUCATION students send their documents to the QAC via DALC and receive their reply from DALC. As you can see from one of the letters above, DALC EDUCATION claims “We have confirmation from Quality Assurance Commission (QAC-UK) that you are eligible for the following exemptions.” So all this time the student does not get any communication from the QAC. Infact, the letter from DALC EDUCATION says “Please pay £55 for the said exemption(s). The payment should be in Kenya Shillings and in favor of Digital Advisory and Learning Center

So who is fooling who here. Look at the inconsistencies in this case as illustrated above.

  1. As a student of DALC, you are asked to apply to a bogus accreditation body known as the QAC .
  2. DALC EDUCATION claims that QAC works to assess exemptions yet the QAC claims on its own website that it is an accreditation body.
  3. QAC is an accreditation mill. Simply setup to accredit bogus diploma programmes owned by the same people who own the Cambridge Association of Managers and Oxford Association of Management diploma mills.
  4. In this letter, DALC claims to have received communication from the QAC UK but does not show anything to that effect. No evidence of the mail from the “UK” body.
  5. DALC EDUCATION asks you to pay for the exemptions for a cost of 55 sterling pounds but craftily asks for the amount to be paid in Kenyan shillings and must be in a bankers cheque. What is the purpose of quoting the figure in pounds?
  6. The final exemption certificate will be sent from the UK in 3 weeks upon the payment in shillings an amount equivalent to 55 sterling pounds.
  7. The signature. Whose signature is it?

DALC EDUCATION pulls this accreditation scam on hundreds of students and earns some good money from this confidence trick. Students get a form with a QAC logo, they fill up the form and DALC EDUCATION sends a reply telling them that QAC has said that they are exempted from modules XYZ. To make this convincing, the amount quoted is in sterling pounds just to make sure that you make the UK connection.

A few weeks later, you receive a certificate from the QAC with a brief list of courses that you have been exempted. The DALC EDUCATION exemption process is a well designed illusion that takes you nowhere and parts you from your money.

The exemption fees goes straight into Oborah pockets as he prints you a QAC accreditation certificate with a strange UK address. It’s a con straight from white collar crime manuals.

Watch your money people.
