I hereby reconfirm that you may consider the World Information Distributed University, located in Belgium as a diploma mill.

According to the Belgian Constitutional Law education is one of the absolute freedoms in Belgium. Therefore every organisation/person is allowed to 'organize' education in Belgium and no authority may act against it.

However, holders of qualifications issued by these very very very very very private non-state-recognized institutions can not claim any academic (e.g. further studies at a genuine higher education institution) or civil right (access to a regulated profession).

Best regards,

Erwin Malfroy
