The Motor Mouth Oborah who claimed on this blog that has helped the world take a huge step forward took the Rwandese for a ride back in 2006. He had the President, Press and politicians in his MIX but Strangely it did not work out though he hinted in the last graduation that he might setup the Uni out of Kenya.

Oxford, Cambridge to start degree courses in Rwanda Date: 19th-September 2006

Dr. Humphrey Oborah, head of Missions and Curriculum Manager for Oxford and Cambridge Universities in East Africa has said that Oxford and Cambridge educational courses will be started at Kigali Anglican University in January next year to enable Rwandans get quality education. He said this on September 12, after meeting Kigali Anglican University officials at the campus site in Kabuga, Gasabo District. “We are starting Oxford and Cambridge Degree programmes in this campus and we hope the new educational programme will benefit the Rwandan community once it’s put in place,”Oborah said, adding that Rwandans will benefit a lot from the programmes since the country is to join the East African Community in November.
