DO NOT BE FOOLED BY a FAKE PROFESSOR

At DALC,Humphrey Ouko Oborah has all the answers. No one else is allowed to answer a question and answering a question about the Oborah's fraudulent credentials is taboo. Asking the staff why CAM and OXIM are registered as private companies in the UK is a waste of time.

All issues to do with DALC's credibility are sorted with a "TALK" by the fraudster himself. It is always a TALK and not a memo or a letter showing the evidence. All you will get is a TALK where parents, students and others will be invited to attend and sit through the hogwash. He never responds in a concrete manner but likes to TALK so that he can TALK his way out of the issues. Do you think JKUAT would invite you for a talk if you questioned their credibility?? NO! They will simply give credible evidence that'd make you look like a fool for not getting facts right. DALC on the other hand has had countless TALKS and still they wont make us look like fools with credible evidence.

The problem is gullible people are subjected to his conmanship and the real issues are not addressed as a result. If you have any question regarding the legality of QAC, CAM and OXIM simply look it up. There are various UK bodies you can write to and find out the the truth. Do not ask a wolf to guarantee the safety of the lambs.

These are examples of reliable accreditation agencies:
British Council: accredits private English language schools - accredited schools are members of English UK (see: http://www.englishuk.com)
BAC (British Accreditation Council): accredits private colleges which are not mainly language schools (see: http://www.the-bac.org)
ASIC (Accreditation Service for International Colleges): accredits private international colleges (see: http://www.asic.org.uk)
ABLS (Association of British Language Schools): accredits some private English language schools (see: http://www.abls.co.uk)
Register of Education and Training Providers", See: http://www.dfes.gov.uk/providersregister/search.cfm
You can contact the Trading Standards office which is nearest to the school: http://www.tradingstandards.gov.uk.
You can check your rights by contacting Consumer Direct: http://www.consumerdirect.gov.uk or your nearest Citizens Advice Bureau: http://www.adviceguide.org.uk

AVOID ASKING OBORAH TO CLARIFY THESE ISSUES TO YOU. HE IS NOT AN AUTHORITY BUT A CONMAN. IF HE DENIES THAT HE IS A CONMAN, ASK HIM TO SUBSTANTIATE WITH EVIDENCE. EASY!!!
